You can also book appointments online through the NHS app for instance instead of having to make a phone appointment to book it and can give you advice on things instead of having to ring 111 and IT can also help you book medicines or prescriptions online and having it delivered or collect it from your local pharmacy instead of having to go and collect it from the GP.

 The Positive Impact of IT on education is that Teachers can access resources online easier instead of having it to make it themselves or have people working from books to find the information it helps teachers deliver presentations about their select resource to cater for pupils for their lesson and teach them about this item of resource for instance and saves teachers having to do work in books and print it. It can also help pupils research things for their assignments, homework or revision for their exams and pupils benefit from it a lot it’s use was expanded in the COVID period because of pupils having to stay home and they had to research stuff about their lessons online for instance and it’s easier to do online research instead of having to use a book to do the research and copy stuff down from it to help in any situation in education pupils can just type what they are looking for and find millions of results of their choice.

The Positive impact Of IT Is that a person can go to a shop or vendor and do a card payment off their phone without the need of having you card with you at all times and having the worry about forgetting your card gone and people can just buy anything under a certain money amount on their phone for example a bus ticket and you can also do payments on your smart watch now not just your phone which is good for a person who doesn’t want to take their phones out all the time. People can buy anything online If they want and it’s easier for a person to buy stuff online than to buy in store for instance a person can just enter their card details and press check out in an instance and have their stuff delivered or collected from a shop for instance. Online Banking is easier than regular banking because people can do transactions and transfer over the internet and can also check their balance easier than having it to check it at a bank or an ATM.

The Positive Impact of IT In Economic growth is that people are now able to share things for example a person can do ride sharing with apps such as BlaBlaCar which people can book rides if someone is going in their direction and can stop in the area they are in instead of a person getting a bus or a taxi and it is a money saver over those. People can share their homes with Airbnb which people like more than hotels because it’s cheaper than hotels and provides more rooms inside the house and can provide longer term lodgings than a hotel or Bed and breakfast. It can also help in creating and finding jobs with people using apps such as LinkedIn and indeed to look create and find a job at a company they like or for their needs easier than going to recruitment agencies and shows information about the jobs in an easy to read format and show people what qualifications they need for the job and it can also create jobs in industries like ride sharing and food delivery’s such as UBER and people earn money doing this type of activates all the time which is they r income and some people do this as an extra job to earn money.

The Positive impact of Cybersecurity in IT is that it helps people feel more secure because it can protect sensitive data from theft and loss by hackers or cyber-attacks that can leave your data gone and it can also protect against threats like malware and ransomware attacks. Antivirus software can provide cybersecurity and can help people keep an eye on any threats or bad programs on their computer and helps get rid of their threats as well as whitelist them and antivirus software is better now than it was 10-20 years ago when antivirus software started to become popular it didn’t catch all of threats it was meant to catch and wasn’t that preventive like for example the original Windows defender wasn’t effective and people hated it. People can report someone on the internet with the report abuse button and can report someone for any bad behaviour they do like bullying for instance and people can also block an abusive person and they can also report a person to the police to have them deal with the crime.

The Positive impact of IT in getting the Latest News is that people can go on their desired news app and see what current news there is like for example looking at a football match and check the score without having to watch or listen to it, people don’t have to watch a 24 hour news channel or news

at a certain time to know what is the news or get a newspaper that doesn’t even have most of the times the latest news and people now can also find out news on social media like Facebook and twitter and see what is happening in the world but you mustn’t believe everything social media tells you. People can also check the weather on IT and check how it is in all parts of the world
